  • The Boston Tea Party

    The Boston Tea Party was a protest in the year 1773, Boston, Massachusetts. Colonists from the US weren't okay with the taxation issue with Britain, and just for karma, they had the audacity to dump over 342 chests of tea. What is important about this, is not only did the Americans dump chests of tea, but start a conflict with Britain and the U.S.
  • The Battles of Lexington and Concord

    The Battles of Lexington and Concord was the war between Britain and America. The Americans were victorious of how powerful their army was against the British. What was important about this was Lexington and Concord caused the revolutionary war.
  • The Declaration of Independence is signed

    The second continental congress decided to sign the Declaration of Independence in 1776 at the Pennsylvania State House. This was important because this soon became the Independent Hall.
  • The Winter at Valley Forge

    Valley Forge was the location of encampment of soldiers of George Washington before the Revolutionary War started. What was important was the severe winter they faced.
  • Article of Confederation are ratified

    Congress has adapted the Articles of Confederation (the first constitution), but the ratification soon happened on 1781.
  • The Battle of Yorktown

    The Battle of Yorktown was the final fight against the British. Due to the losing of British men in the war, Cornwallis surrendered, and the War of Independence is finally over. This was important because the fight for independence.
  • The Constitution was Ratified

    The constitution was the main government that was handling the U.S.A. and what was important was that New Hampshire was the ninth of the 13 states to ratify it.
  • Presidential Inauguration of George Washington

    The inauguration of George Washington was an event held on the balcony of Federal Hall in New York City in 1789. What was important about this was the need for a strong constitution and Bill of Rights.
  • Washington's Farewell Address

    George Washington made a letter towards the "Friends and Citizens" stating the warning of sectionalism and factionalism from foreign powers. This was important because it is a book published by him.
  • The Death of George Washington

    George Washington didn't seem to last long in the year 1799, when he died due to throat infection by bacterial epiglottis. He was then buried in the family vault in Mount Vernon. This was important because George Washington was the first president from 1789 to 1797.
  • Election Day, 1800

    In 1800, there was an election between Thomas Jefferson and John Adams, and the overall elected vice president is Thomas Jefferson defeating the Federalist party and John Adams.
  • Marbury VS. Madison

    This was a system in the Supreme Court that allows American courts to destroy laws and statues that break the rules of constitution of the U.S. This was important because this is a stable structured system for any law breakers.
