Judgement of Paris
When the goddesses caught glimpse of Paris they were in a trance, but instead of Paris giving the golden apple for their beauty, he started to bribe each one. Because Of Paris' cowardliness he chose Aphrodite and that's when the Trojan War began. -

Paris goes to visit King Menelaus of Sparta
Because Paris chose Aphrodite, she had to pay her bribe by giving him, Helen, daughter of Zeus. The Goddess lead him to Sparta where Helen and her husband lived. -

Paris steals Helen
Helen and her husband, Menelaus, give Paris hospitality. Because Menelaus trusted Paris, he went to Crete. But, little did he know that Paris was going to disobey his trust and kidnap his wife, Helen. -

Menelaus finds that Helen is gone
When King, Menelaus found out that his wife, Helen, was taken by Paris, he called all of Greece for his help. -

Odysseus and Achilles Avoid the Army
Odysseus pretends that he is crazy by sowing salt in the fields to avoid going to war. While, Achilles also tries to avoid the war because it was foretold that he would die at the hands of the Trojans. Therefore, he decides to disguise himself as a women. -

Trojan War Begins
The troops are alined but they can't move due to strong winds. Greeks discovered that Artemis is the one causing the winds to blow and the only way to stop it is to give her a sacrifice. -

Fight over Chryseis
Chryseis is then taken away from her dear father and she is brought into the Greek Agamemnon. -

Chryseis's Father Prays to Apollo
Apollo sends a terrible plague for the Greeks due to Agamemnon's rudeness/kidnapping of Chryseis. He is then convinced by Achilles to return Chryseis to her father. -

Achilles leaves the Greeks/Agamemnon steals Achilles maiden as revenge
He vows to himself to never trust a Greek again to which he does so after Agamemnon stole his maiden. As soon as Achilles convinces Agamemnon to return Chryseis to her father, Agamemnon would only agree to this if Achilles gives him, his maiden. This angers Achilles, but Agamemnon steals his maiden anyway. -

As well as Achilles, Thetis also grows angry and demands that Zeus must take sides against the Greeks. In which he takes the side of the Trojans and threatens Agamemnon that if he wins, Zeus will attack. -

Menelaus battles Paris for revenge
Menelaus wants to prove that he can win Helen over by defeating Paris in which he wins. But, Aphrodite saves him by converting him into a spirit. While Athena, under Hera's influence, makes sure that the Trojans won't surrender Helen. -

Ares fights with the Trojans
Fighting the Trojans because of his close connection with Aphrodite. Injured by Diomedes due to Athena’s aid. -

The Trojan Hector begins to Destroy the Greeks
Hector joins the battle and started to kill the greeks in which he is dueled to battle Achilles which appears to be nowhere in sight. That is until Hector is tricked into thinking that his brother has come to aid him by Athena. In which, Achilles kills him and celebrates his death. -

Achilles drives the Trojans back into Troy
Achilles gets himself killed by Paris who shoots him with an arrow on his heel. Achille's armor is then given to Odysseus after Achille's death. -

The Trojan Horse
Odysseus comes up with the plan of building a giant horse in which they hide inside of it while the rest pretend like they are leaving. -

The Trojans bring the horse into the city
They trick the King into thinking that his gift from them to him is a giant horse as a "token of their gratitude." -

The Greeks come out of the horse at night
In the middle of the night, the Greeks surprise the Trojans by sneaking into their palace in which they kill both the King/Hector's son. Due to the mistake of the Trojans, by leaving the Gates open. -

The Greek Army Destroys Troy
King Priam is killed as well as Hector’s son. Aeneas escapes and sets sail for Italy with a group of his followers. Their journeys become the focus of The Aeneid by Virgil.
