The day I was abandoned.

My mother, three brothers and I was abandoned by my father's tribe today. They poisoned my father just so they can rule the tribe. Not only did they kill my father but they left me and my family in poverty!

Being captured

Mar 14, 1182

I was just laying on the nice fields of spring then a group of people approached me. I didn't see who it was because they bagged my face and tied me up. At the moment I realize I was being captured and I tried to resist but I couldnt even move and they knccked me out. When I woke up, I was in a prison cell.

Escaping the prison

May 22, 1182

After being captured by my father's former allies, I got help from two of the guards to escape. Later those guards that helped me escape, decided to join forces with me. I was so glad that they had helped me escape. In the prison I was being treated really bad. They treated me like a slave. I worked for days and all i got was bread to eat. Not only that but it was like a small piece too. I was only given water and I got fed every two days.

My First Wife

Today was the day I married the woman I love. The woman's name was Borte. She is so beautiful. Also marrying her, I was hoping if I could form an alliance with the Onggirat tribe.

Wife got captured

The Merkit tribe had captured my wife. They took my wife in the name of vengence. Because of my fathers actions they decided to capture my wife. My father was the one to kidnapped one of your woman not me! I'm so frustrated and I'm going to send out several hundreds of soliders to rescues her.

Genghis Khan is born

On this cold day of the first month of the year. I was named Genghis Khan, the ruler of the Turko-Mongol people. I'm determined to build the greastest army and become one of the strongest.

Reforming the Empire

After I was named Khan, I had a task to reform the military in my clan. So I decided I should pass the Great Yasa. This was so i can increase my military in short amount of time. This reform also allows Mongols and the rebels to join me. This way my army could be the strongest there is.

My First Foreign War

On this rainy day of the month of April, around the beginning of spring, I had fought my first foreign war. The weaklings that we defeated were the kingdom of Xi Xia in China. Now those weaklings had became a vassal for us, Mongolia.

The Invasion

Today, we hunt. We invaided our main target, China. I have finally conquered the whole region west of the Great Wall. This invasion was successful and it proves that I'm developing as a great Khan.

Northern China

I have sent my army to Northern China. I was planning on making this my land but then the Jin emperor asked me to leave. It's not like he asked me nicely and I was going to leave. It's that he promised me a princess, slaves , gold and silver. I agreed but I'm angered and I fear that he is going to counter attack me when the Jin court retreats.

Zhongdu is mine

What do they take me for? A fool? Asking me to leave and then they can come and counter attack me? No this is mine land. When i decided a piece of land is mine, then it belongs to me. Thinking that I decided to return and take what is rightfully mine. Coming back to the city, I took all their resources and straved them into surrender.

Arriving in Otrar

I continued my sweep across western Asia. I had also taken a special trading post in eastern Asia called Otrar. The cultural there was not that different from other Asian cultures. The only difference was the food that they eat. It looked different from what I normally would eat but it tasted great.

Shah Muhammad threatens me

I wanted to make peace with Shah Muhammad of the Khwarizm Empire, but he decided to send me a head of one of my generals. I vow to take revenge for my gone but not forgotten general!

Crossing the Caucaus

As I traveled through the trade route, I crossed the Caucaus. I also came across the Russians and Kipchak Turks. I defeated them and in doing so I expanded my empire.

My final campaign

Today as I was resting I felt this pain. I think the pain came from the injury I got from falling off a horse the other day. I think that my time is about to come. So I want to make this campaign the best one yet. Since Xi Xia disobeyed me, I sent my army to completed destroy Xi Xia. The residents should either be a slave or be killed.
