    Toddlers from 13 to 15 months begins to form concepsts, explore different features of objects as studying them,has very short memory and alomost no forethought. toddlers slowly increases vocabulary to four to six words and responds to own name.

    Toddlers form 16 to 18 months may be able to walk sideways, walks fast and runs stiffly, pushes and pulls large toys around the floor. Toddlers add hand gestures to spoken language and may turn knobs of radio and TV
