This was a speech given to those who died fighting in the Battle Gettysburg.Not only did it honor it inspired the union to keep fighting for blacks rights. -
The War Ends
President Lincoln is re-elected.The north is closing on the south.The south's capital falls and the south's leader surrenders.The war is over.The remaining confederates surrender.Over 620,000 people have died in the war.
