-I will maintain a healthy weight because it will start to be a little more difficult to lose weight

-risk of health problems increase because of age, I will know all my warning signs
-I will continue to eat healthy and exercise because maintaining a healthy weight is important
-I will also continue to go to the doctor and get all the exams and vaccines that I need to stay healthy
