Cortes conquers Aztec Empire
Cortes was able to conquer the Aztec Empire despite the fact that he had few men. He was able to make alliances with other natives, but most of all the Europeans brought diseases which killed several Natives. -

Pizzaro conquers Incan Empire
Fransico Pizzaro was able to conquer the Incan Empire by setting up his troops ready for ambush near a city of Cajamarca. Altough the Incan ruler, Atahualapa, offered to give them a room filled with gold. After the deal, Atahualapa was still killed. -

Jamestown was the first permanent American settlement. -

French and Indian War ends
The French and Inidan War was known as the Seven Year war for it lasted for such a long time. The first President of the United States, George Washington, was also part of this battle.
