the world welcomed the new face of calamity
I was born on a Thursday, around 8:30PM I was the first gen Z child on my mother's side, and second on my dad's. -
I gained consciousness
I don't remember my first year of school, or anything before that. I can only recollect memories from my second year of school -
parents divorced
my mom was done with my dad, and divorced him. She stayed with my grandparents for a while, while my dad still lived in our house. -
Highschool...
Going from an incredibly friendly and very small elementary class of 8 people, to a class of around 25 children who all had it out for each other, was incredibly hard for me. I was pretty much immediately bullied, and in turn my mental health spiralled downwards. -
I realised that I'm a fruit salad
With all the bullying, of course came the gay jokes and everything. In the first year of high school, I had no idea, but I more or less realised that the bullies might've had some sort of gaydar going on with the amount of gay jokes I was getting. It was easy to accept it for myself, because my parents had always been very open about relationships and such. I came out to everyone about a year after my own discovery, since everyone around me was generally accepting of it. -
Graduation babyyyyy
I finally graduated from the hellscape they call high school. I started in VMBO-T and ended up in Kader, all because of the mental issues. But in the end it didn't matter. I found out that the difference between the two wasn't as big as I imagined, which was a major relief. -
GLU!!!!
After high school my self confidence had been mostly restored, and going to a completely new school honestly helped with that. Going into a class when no one knows you allows you to be a completely new person.
