2) Punish the people involved in assassination.

The United States of America stayed neutral until April 6th 1917. They took Britains side and sent many soldiers over to fight the war. -

As part of the Schlieffen plan, Germany invaded through neutral Belgium to avoid a face to face battle at the border of Germany and France. -

This is the battle in which passchendale became a Canadian calavary.

This battle lasted 100 days and the Canadians made more progress than any other country did in these hundred days and they broke through the German defenses.
