The House of Lords explodes due to gunpowder stored underneath the building. King James I is killed. -
Princess Elizabeth ascends to the throne.
Princesss Elizabeth is installed as the Catholic head of state. This event was a pivotal change of religious leadership from Anglican to Catholic. Lord Buzz Killington acted as her regent due to her age of only 9 years. -
The Pope reconcield England.
Pope Paul V reconciled England. Papal legates were installed in the English high court. England's relationships with other Catholic nations, including France and Spain, improved. -
Inquisition
Buzz Killington, in cooperation with the papacy, initiated an iquisition of the remaining English Anglicans who would not convert to Catholicism, starting with those in governement. Many fled to establish the settlement of Jamestown in the New World. -
England Invades New Amsterdam
England was thriving and had the wealth for agressive expansion, both economic and military. Therefore, England invaded New Amsterdam and captured it easily. -
England Invades the United Provinces along with Spain
England and Spain worked together to take over the Untied Provinces of The Netherlands. With the Provinces destroyed, Englands' Navy would be unmatched. -
Civil War never takes place.
The English Civil War never happened. Parliament and Queen Elizabeth did not disagree. After the demise of King James I and his fellows in parliament, new parliament representatives were hand chosen by Buzz Killington. Charles never ascended to the throne. -
English Commonwealth never forms
Because there was no civil war, the Commonwealth never formed. Elizabeth's rule continued. All challengers to her regime mysteriously dissappeared. -
The Black Plauge reappears
The Black Plauge was reintroduced into England by decendatns of the surving Anglicans ,who put plauge rats on merchant ships stopping through London. -
Queen Elizabeth dies from the plague
The Plauge devestated England and eventually the queen got the plagua and died.
