    The Land enclosure movement was the act of enclosing a number of small lands to create one big farm. Once these small lands became enclosed they would be restricted to their original owner. These lands would also sometimes be used for communal purposes. The enduring impact of this event was usually these enclosures would have a negative impact of peasant farmers, due to it was their land being taken away, while it would work in the rich farmers favor, peasant farmers had to find work elsewhere.

    In 1712 British inventor Thomas Newcomen had built a coal powered steam engine, but in 1764 James Watt sought to make improvements on the engine, so that he could make the engine more efficient. After several years of work, Watt's invention became a main power source of the industrial revolution. The enduring impact of this even is, Watt's engine opened up the door to not only operating machinery, but it also led to powering locomotives and steamships. Watt also had his steam engine patented.

Children were working long hours, under extremely damaging conditions, not good at all for their health. Also the factory act of 1819, which prohibited children under the age of 9, to be employed. Also only letting children between the ages of 9-16 to work 12 hours a day.The enduring impact of this event are the child labor laws we still have in effect to this day.
