    The law that integrated people of color and white students in the schools. Allowing children of color to have equal opportunities of education. The school system had realized that separating children based on their race is one-sided and unlawful.

    The Elementary and Secondary protects not only children with disabilities, but as well children with a disadvantaged background.     The VRA help and provides services such as education, housing, employment for individuals with a disability. Also, the VRA gives therapy, medical evaluation, and training that helps the individual's wants. The rehabilitation services administration helps funded the Vocational Rehabilitation. The VRA protects people with disabilities from getting discriminated from federal services.
