Act of 1975
The Education for All Handicapped Children Act of 1975, was signed and it stated that all students who are handicapped are provided a free education between the ages of 3-18, which changed to 3-21 in 1980. -
Act of 1990
EAHCA (The Education for All Handicapped Children Act of 1975 merged together with the IDEA and while doing so TBI (traumatic brain injury) and Autism were added. -
