    What did the act say?
    The act said every September 1,764 be raised, levied, collected, and paid,unto his Majesty, his heirs and successors, for and upon every gallon of molasses or syrups, no rum or spirits for the produce or manufacture of any of the colonies or plantations in America.
  • The Quartering act

    What did the act say? The act said that any house can be open to the kings forces. Also, it said to provide housing to any solder even if there is no room until the house is packed.
