Spelling Bee Success
I won my very first spelling bee at a district level. This gave me the confidence to achive more. -
Washington DC
I had my first student trip with the Close Up program. Here I learned a lot. I got to meet new people and inmerse in the language. This also gave me some structure and another perspective about what I wanted in life. -
Good Bye High School
I graduated high school and decided to do my BA in Secondary Enghish Education. So I entered UPR Arecibo Campus. -
Time for a change
After two years studing in Arecibo I decided to make a transfer to the UPR Rio Piedras Campus. There in Rio Piedras I got the chance to learn more and to have a more "English focused" education. -
Working time
I got my first public school experince and I love it. I went through a lot to become the bilingual that I am today. I am very happy, but the most important thing is that I got to grow into a better teacher. -
Practicum experience
I had my practicum experience un the UHS. Here I learned a lot but most importantly I got to develop myself into a better teacher. In this high school I got to learn a lot about advance classes since most if not all of the students are in an advance level.
