Battle of Coleto

Fannin settled near Coleto Creek along with his troops. He was surrounded by Mexicon soldiers and he surrendured. All the Texans were captured.

Golia Massacre

Mar 27, 1836

Fannin and his troops were shot and killed by the order of Santa Anna.

Battle of San Jacinto

Apr 21, 1836

Santa Anna is captured. Texans won the war and gained their independence.
