SFA Settles 300 Colonists In Texas
When Stephen F Austin recieved a empersarial grant he asked 300 families to join his new colony in Texas. He told every family to send in an application so see if he can accept them into his colony. Fredoinian Rebellion
Two brothers, Hayden and Benjamin Edwards rebelled when their land had other people already living in it. They decided to try to start a new counrty called Fredonia. The Mexian government sent troops to stop it right away. The brothers fled from Texas. Mier y Teran Report
In his report he recommended that strong measures be taken to stop the United States from getting Texas. He suggested additional surrounding the settlements, closer trade ties with Mexico, and the encouragement of more Mexican and European settlers. This is a big win for Texas because they now have controll over San Antonio de Bexar, and defeated the a small portion of the Mexican army. -

The siege of San Antonio was a group of Texas volunteers surrounding a Mexican army at San Antonio de Bexar. The Mexicans had little men but were gaining reinforcements fast. Battle of The Alamo
The Battle of The Alamo was in present day San Antonio. It was thousands of Santa Anna's forces vs 150 Texas soldiers lead by Willam B Travis. The Alamo was under seige for 13 days. When Santa Anna surrounded the Texan's army of 300 near La Bahia. Santa Anna took the survivors to Goliad for them to be executed. The Texans thought that they were going to be released after a couple of weeks. But instead they got killed by Santa Anna's men.
