Chicago Crime
Since 2012, 2,874 people have died just by shootings or other crime related actions. And this is all in about 1,600 days. This is a statistic that continues to rise, and police literally don't enter certain parts of the city because of the fact that they have the odds stacked against them that they'll survive. Chicago is often referred to as "Chiraq" or "Chyria"
