On the final day it was somewhat sad to say goodbye to Springfield and the hotel but it was not over because we went to an Alumni of MPA’s veteran war museum. It was amazing to see all the artifacts veteran’s have donated over the years for such a gallant cause. I appreciated was the dedication to his father and his best friend by praising them on the stage of his museum. I learned that Route 66 used to go to the West Coast through the town.
