    This act was a major educational reform effort focusing on academic achievement of students qualifications of teachers. The test scores must be disaggregated according to the pupils’ disability, socioeconomic status, race, ethnicity, and English language proficiency. The greater emphasis will most likely be placed on ensuring that pupils in special education are exposed to general education curriculum.
