This Act was established to end the discrimination towards children with disabilities. It was an improvement and an act of support to the previous laws to further the rights of education to children. -
Individuals with Disabilities Education Act
This act was solely based on an improvement to the law of Education for All Handicapped Children Act. This is essential because this act required that students with disabilities were given an education plan that is suited for them. -
No Child Left Behind
A law requiring educators to take time and really care about teaching a students in general and with a disability to be proficient in reading and math. -
Individuals with Disabilities Education Act
This act is an improvement from the previous law that ensures that the priority of learning is put towards a child with disabilities and their individual plan.
