Samuel Crompton combined the Spinning Jenny and Water Frame allowing the mass production of strong fine yarn. -
Telegraph
It sent electrical signals over wires which could be translated into a message allowing long range communication. This was perfected by Samuel Morse to become what is known as morse code. -
Telephone
The telephone was patented by Elisha Gray and Alexander Graham Bell which transmitted speech electrically directed by a call centre. This revolutionised the way people communicated with others and made organising things easier. -
The first airplane
The Wright brothers created a flying vehicle that took of by it's own power. This helped revolutionise transportation and was part of the reason we are able to travel all over the world. -
