World War 1 started when a terrorist group from serbia killed a archduke from Austria-Hungry. It got other countries involved because Germany signed a treaty with Austria-Hungry and Great Britain signed a tretaty with Serbia. -

This was a economic failure in many countries that which lasted until the early 1940's. It started when the stock market crashed on Black Tuesday in 1929. -

Was a time in the 1930s when dust stroms raged through the Great Plains. This was caused by poor farming habits which created dust clouds. -

This war strated when Germany invaded Poland and when the UK and France declared war on Germany. The U.S. entered the war when Japan bombed Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. -

This was a political and military tension between the Western and Eastern countries. The U.S. and U.S.S.R. were the two super powers during this tension. -
