Each country posted problem that are rather simple to solve to our twinspace. -
visit in Gainsborough, UK
About 25 students from France, Germany, Holland, Spain came for a 3-day visit to Gainsborough to get to know each other, work together and get in touch with English history , culture and school system.
Students compared results of a survey concerning motivation, worked on maths problems and made a mathematical walk. In international groups they worked on maths problems that are related to mathematics and history as well. they solved these problems in the old castle in Lincoln. -

In this period more than 40 maths problems were created by students and teachers from different countries and uploaded to the our twinspace. -

Now almost 100 problems and 80 different solutions were done by students of different countries. -

See report38 students from England, France, Holland, Spain came to Germany for a 3-days visit. They had different maths workshops together with the german students, visited both German schools, made an excursion to the typical westfalian town Soest where they had a guided math tour. Students made experiments with functions and worked on Fermi-questions. All documents are in our twinspace. -

Comenius day at PGU
That means that all students who are involved in Comenius worked for one day together, recorded video and prepared lesson that they hold a t the end the schoolyear in their own classes. -

PI-DAY-Project
teams with students of at least 3 countries collaborate to prepare a prensentation about die number PI. We celebrate the PI-day online. -

Evaluation of tasks
We start drafting evaluation froms for the final report.

We publihes the TOp 10 problems: best-practise problems for both topics "functions" and "geometry" in our WIKI (evaluation). -

We got 24 submission for the PI project, most from UK and France and some from PGU Unna. -

Mrs. Odile Jenvrin comes to PGU to study german Math lessons at PGU and collaborate with Mrs. Monika Schwarze work for a publication as a result of the SMILIE project.
