Specific
I want to save for a nice house, located in Eldridge, Iowa -
starting costs
I have applied for scholarships and I was garenteed a full ride to Scott Community coolege. So that will save me a lot more money -
How it is measurable
I am going to become a nurse and I was told and confirmed by another nurse that they make about $45,000 a year. and so If I only have to spend about $5,000 a year then I will be able to save the rest and have $80,000 in the bank. -
Realistic
Because my parents will not charge me anything to live with them. So the only thing I would have to pay for is car and phone bill, and extra activities that I want to do. So I will be able to save a lot of my money. -
How it is attainable.
I am determined that I am going to have a house with a really ggod down payment. Plus my parents agreed that it is ok that I stay at home with them instead of having to pay to live somewhere. So then I can use all my money for a house. Also I am already working and saving all of my money. -

Attainable
My action plan is to go to college at a community school near home, so that I can live at home, save money on room and board. Then after I graduate from college. Which will take two years. Then I will live with my parents for the next two years while I am working. So then I will be able to save up about 90% of all the money I make. -
