This act was made to help the economy grow after having such a rough time. It cut property taxes and trimmed business taxes paid by corperations. -
Anti-Drug Abuse Act
This law created new mandatory sentences for drugs. -
Signed Immigration and Reform Act
This act made it illegal to hire somebody knowing they are illegal. It also granted amnesty to those who were here before 1982, and seasonal agricultural illegal immigrants as well.
