  • French and Indian War

    The French and Indian war started in the year 1754 and ended in the year 1763. The war lasted seven years and had many events. One main event being how the war started. The was started from ongoing frontier regions, Italian and Britain wanted to extend each contrys sphere to influence in the frontier regions.
  • Proclamation of 1763

    The Proclamation was issued by King George the third. After the end of the seven year war it blocked all settlements west of a line drawn along the Appalachian Mountains, this was delineated as reserve for the Indians.
  • Sugar Act

    The sugar act is also known as the American Revenue act was a revenue raising act done by Parliament of Great Britain.
  • Stamp Act of 1765

    The Stamp Act of 1765 was an Act of the Parliament of Great Britain which created a tax on the British colonies in America and said that it needed that many printed materials in the colonies be produced on stamped paper produced in London, carrying an embossed revenue stamp.

    A series of british acts of Parliament starting 1767 and ending 1768. Relating to the British colonies.
  • The Boston Massacre

    known to the British as the Incident on King Street, was a confrontation on March 5, 1770 in which British soldiers shot and killed several people while being harassed by a crowed in Boston
  • Tea Act

    The tea act was "Parliament of Great Britain." The objective was to reduce the amount of tea held by a troubled company.
  • Boston Tea Party

    The boston tea party was a mercantile and political protest by the son of liberty in boston.
  • Intolerable Acts

    Punitive laws passed by British Parliament. It took place after the tea party. The laws were meant to punish the Massachusetts colonists for their defiance in the Tea Party protest
  • 1st Congressional Congress

    The First Continental Congress was a meeting of delegates from 12 out of 13 British colonies that became the United States
