The Boston Massacre was a mass killing in Boston after the colonists boycotted the Townshend Act laws. -
Boston Tea Party of 1773
This taxation was on Tea and the colonists ended up throwing a million dollars worth of tea into the harbor of Boston. -
Intolerable Acts 1774
The intolerable acts were acts that made it so that Boston's shipping port was shut down. The colonies then teamed up and boycotted all the British goods. -
First Continental Congress 1774
The first continental congress was founded in Philadelphia with 50 people from 12 of the 13 colonies because Georgia needed Britain on their side for their fight against the Indians.
