    I Was Born
    I start to depend on others (my parents) for my basic needs. I also start to acknowledge the things around me. At this stage (birth-2yrs old), I start to crawl and speak gibberish. I was born on October 17, 2004, at around 8:30 in the morning, weighing around 7 pounds.

    Erikson - Trust vs. Mistrust (Birth-2 yrs of age)

    At this stage, infants learn to either trust that others will care for them and their needs (food, warmth, cleanliness, contact) or lack confidence that others will take care of them.

    Piaget - Sensorimotor Period (Birth-2 yrs of Age)

    Their action starts to become reflexive. Their perception of events is all centered on their own body and objects become an extension of self. They also acknowledge their external environment (object permanence and stranger anxiety).

    Erikson - Autonomy vs. Shame & Doubt (1 1/2-3 yrs. of Age)

    They start to learn to either be self-sufficient in different activities (like potty-training, feeding, walking, exploring, and talking) or the doubt of their own abilities.

    They start to become self-centered. They ask many questions and explore their surroundings. Their language development starts to speed up and they begin to associate words with objects or symbols.

    I am starting trust my mom and dad will provide for me and comfort me. I am starting to become more aware of my surroundings and recognize strangers and different objects.

    I'm a Big Sister!
    With another little one in the house, I start to discover who this new human is, but do not quite understand that she is my sister or what a sister is causing me to ask many questions.

    I am learning to walk, explore, and talk in full sentences. I love to pretend play with dolls I owned and ask lots of questions. My favorite shows were Sesame Street, Backyardigans, Wow Wow Wubzy, and Dora the Explorer. I am also learning how to be a big sister.

    Kids want to be involved in adult-like activities and sometimes overstep the limits causing parents to feel guilty.

    Piaget - Preoperational/Intuitive (3-6 yrs. of Age)

    Children become egocentric and includes others in their environment. They enjoy repeating words and phrases, and many can count to 10. They learn they can use words to express their thoughts.

    They start to understand the difference between good and bad based on their punishments they might receive (1. punishment and obedience orientation. 2. Instrumental relativist orientation.)

    I start school full time and begin to learn more about colors, numbers, shapes, and more about the world around me. I also begin to learn how to interact with others with my age.

    As a new sibling joins the family, I learn to be a big sister to 2 siblings instead of just 1. I begin to understand the relationship between brothers and sisters and how they are different.

    I start to want to be involved in adult-like activities like my parents sometimes risking too much. I understand good and bad and am well educated in numbers, colors, and shapes trying to understand the world around me.

    First Day of Elementary School (New School)
    I start to adjust to new surroundings and master new skills and problem-solving. I went to Bells Crossing Elementary School from 1st to 5th grade. My favorite songs were "Enchanted" by Taylor Swift and "Good Life" by OneRepublic. I started watching a little Disney Channel, with my favorite shows being "Good Luck Charlie", "A.N.T. Farm", and "Liv and Maddie"

    They learn to solve concrete problems and begin to understand relationships (such as size). They also start to understand right and left.

    Erikson - Industry vs. Inferiority (7-11 yrs. of Age)

    Children learn to be competent and productive in trying to master new skills or start to feel lesser than when they run into something they cannot do as well.

    Kohlberg - Conventional Level (7-11 yrs. of Age)

    Morals are seen as rules of society, and they try their best to be "good." (Law-and-order orientation).
  • First Day of Middle School (New School)

    First Day of Middle School (New School)
    I started my middle school (and eventually high school journey) at a brand-new school and get to meet new friends. I learn to use rational thinking at this stage and discover who I am and what I want to be eventually. My favorite singer was still Taylor Swift and I listened to her all the time. I also meet the girls in my graduating class!

    Erikson - Identity vs. Role Confusion (12-18 yrs. of Age)

    They try to figure out "Who am I?" They begin to establish political, career, and sexual identities or become confused on what roles they play.

    Kohlberg - Postconventional (12-18 yrs. of Age)

    Their morality starts to consist of certain standards beyond specific groups or authority figures (1. The social contract orientation. 2. The univeral ethical principle orientaion.)

    Start to use rational thinking and reasoning. They discover reasoning is futuristic and deductive (abstract logic and potential for mature reasoning).

    Last day of Middle School
    As I finished middle school, I feel prepared to start the next chapter of high school. I develop abstract logic and mature my reasoning.
  • First Day of High School

    First Day of High School
    As I start high school, I question who I am and who I am meant to be. I start to think about the future and what I might want to do after these four years or where I will go. My favorite shows soon became invented in and loved binging were "The Office", "Gilmore Girls", "Outer Banks", and "Stranger Things".

    I'm a Senior!
    As I enter into my senior year of high school, I learn to cherish moments and memories and how important they are. I seek companionship and love in my best friends that I spent so much time with.

    As a late teen, I am starting to move into early adulthood, discovering the world around me for myself, especially moving away soon. I start to think about big life choices and decisions.

    Young adults start to seek companionship and love from another person, or they become isolated as a result of fearing rejection or disappointment.

    I graduate from Shannon Forest after 7 years of being there. Now I am on my way to college! I start to seek love in other people and start to become slightly afraid of failure in the next few years in this new chapter.

    I learn the responsibility of taking care of my own home with my husband and create an environment to grow a family.
  • I Graduate College!

    I graduate from the OneLife Institute and got my bachelor's degree in 2 1/2 years. I graduated with a degree in marketing.

    I end up working for Rylie Pelletier and her Wedding Venue and Lodging. I run the social media platforms and the marketing of the business. I learn how to work with others and try to not become too stressed and afraid of failure.

    I got married at age 22. I sought out companionship and found love with another person discovering intimacy and what it means to love others.

    When my son is born, I learn how to raise a child and get to witness their stages of development and their personality. I realize that I am raising the next generation.

    My second child, a girl, is born! I learn to adjust to two kids instead of one making room in my heart to love another child of mine.

    The Birth of My Third Child
    My third child, another boy, is born! I decide he was my last and we stick of being a family of 5. I continue to raise the next generation learning how to navigate parenthood.

    We get a family dog; a golden doodle named Rocky. The kids love him and learn the companionship and responsibility of taking care of a pet.

    As my kids get older a begin to go to school, I observe how they take on the world and their surroundings. I notice the difference in their personalities and their energy levels. I try to create creative activities for them so they can discover and learn new things about their environment.

    I am finding love and companionship in my kids and taking vacations to the beach with them. I try to create opportunities to be involved with family and spending as much time with them as I can.

    Middle-aged adults contribute to raising the next generation and perform meaningful, hard work, creative activities, and/or raising a family, or becoming inactive.
  • My Kids Graduate High School

    My Kids Graduate High School
    My first born graduated with the class of 2050, my second in 2052, and my third in 2054. I am now 50 years old with 3 high school graduates on their way to college. Even though I am still working, I am starting to become a little less active as I now have an empty house.

    I'm a Grandma
    My kids are now having kids in the 2060s and I now get to be involved in my grandchildren's lives watching my kids become parents.

    Erikson - Integrity vs. Despair (65-Late Adulthood)

    Older adults attempt to make sense of their own lives whether they see their life as whole and meaningful or despairing at the goals they never ended up reaching or the questions that never ended up being answered.

    I decide I want to retire in Casey Key, Florida, where my family went on vacation once. I decide to retire at 66 with my husband.

    I pick up a new hobby in my old age with all this time in my hands. It soon becomes my favorite hobby and wonder why I didn't start earlier.

    As my health declines, I soon develop arthritis which actually ran in my family (so it was expected). However, that doesn't stop me from doing what I love.

    Around my old age, my health starts to decline, but I am still trying to live life to the fullest. I am most proud of my kids and my grandkids and all they have accomplished. I hope that when I die, people can say that I was joyful and lived life to the fullest, despite it's challenges.

    I passed away January 21st, 2102, at the age of 97. I passed away from old age.
    I lived an amazing life, and I hope that my children learned to love and serve others with joy and to live life to the fullest and cherish every moment.
