Projectile Formulas and distances
The formula for horizontal distsnce is x=(Forward Velocity)*t. The initial velocity for my rocket according to logger pro is 411.187.In chemistry we launced the rocket at different angels. Shooting it at a 45 degree angle, the rocket went 3 meters and 40 centimeters. As the angle varied, the length traveled did too. -
Angles of launch #4
The lower the angle the father the projectile will travel. If the angle is higher, the projectile will travel much less farther. I shot my projectile from three different angels all with varied results. The smaller angle ones being most successful.
