first trimester
Your baby is really small its only the FIRST trimester, during this week your egg is traveling down the fallopian tube and is fertilized by the sperm. -

the zygote is a single cell that divides rapidly as the days go it starts following fertilizations. -
week 3
your baby is the size of a pinhead and its gonna take about 4 days fertilized egg, its try too reach the uterus and other 2-3 days to implant. -
week 13-27
the baby is starting to make urine and its bones are starting to get hard. your baby sex might even be apparent now . its eyes start to move and toenails start to develop, begins to hear and now the baby is really at its half way point. -
3rd trimester
the babies brain is still developing and the kidney and lung are still maturing but the baby is now kicking & stretching an its hair is grow , and the weight gain start to rapid begin, its finger nails,toenails grow and the baby can now turn its head. the mother may now start too feel false contractions also known as "braxton hicks" -
HALFWAY 23-27 weeks
your baby skin is now begging to get wrinkled and he or she an respond to your voice,the eyes are still moving even if the eyelids are closed. your baby lungs are starting to develop which is allowing air sacs in the lungs to inflate. the 2nd trimester has now ended and your on too the 3rd. -
39-40 weeks
Your baby should now all be turned or turing and ready too come out the babies chest is prominent and fat is begging to be added over your babies body , to keep him warm after birth, your baby should be about 7 1/2 pounds and 14 inches.
