End of the French & Indian War
In 1763, the French and Indian war ended after nine years.

Proclamation of 1763
The Proclamation of 1773 was issued to keep colonists on the East side of the Appalachin mountains. -
Sugar act passed
The sugar act was put in the place of the molasses act as it was about to expire. The difference of the two was 6 pence per gallon tax on molasses and 3 pence per gallon on sugar. -
Stamp Act
The stamp act put a level of tax on any piece of paper which differed along with circumstances. -
The Quartering Act
This act was put in place to punish mutiny and desertion in the military. -
The Townshend Revenue Act
Resulting from the stamp act, this act was set in place and failed when the colonists boycotted British trades. -
Boston Massacre
This started as a fight between Colonists and British soldiers after the "patriotic mob" of colonists threw snowballs, stones and sticks at the soldiers. This mob led to several deaths against themselves. -

This act was set to stop all uses of the Boston Port as punishment for the Boston Tea Party. -
Massachusetts Government Act
This act was set in place to better the governments in the Massachusettes Bay in New England. -
A Proclamation by the King
With this, the King tried to supress rebellion and sedition. -
Declaration of Independence
The Declaration of Independence was signed.
