Create a site committee that will support with implementation of Personalized Learning to ensure fidelity and participation/buy-in

Send survey out to teachers to help them learn about the way they like to learn and what they want to learn about. I will also have them look at the way that they like to teach. This will allow them to connect to their students, since teachers will be providing a survey to their students regarding what they want to learn.

Teachers will create a survey for students. This survey will help teachers understand what their students like/want to learn and how they want to learn. This will of course include lessons and topics that align with our academic standards.

Will present every grade level with their students' results during grade level PCT's

I will present to every grade level regarding Personalized Learning in hopes to energize our students about this new way of learning that will now be expected of them. I will present to levels K-2, 3-4 and 5-6 in the MPR

Sit down with school site admin, Personalized Learning Super Team and Leadership Team to review the use of Personalized Learning throughout the 2020 Spring Trimesters in order to evaluate our progress thus far

Presentation of 2019-2020 Personalized Learning data to staff. Set up next steps with staff for next year's implementation of Personalized Learning
