    Goals for when I'm 20
    These are some goals and requirements that I should meet when I'm 20.
    1.Eat a healthy diet to avoid diabetes and heart diseases. Watch your intake of junk foods and measure your food portions.
    2. Exercise daily and maintain a healthy weight.
    3.Do not smoke whatsoever.

  • Goals for when I'm 30.

    Goals for when I'm 30.
    When entering the thirties, I hope that I can follow these three steps.
    1. Maintaining a healthy weight by eating a diet consisted of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains (to name a few).
    2.Boosting my metabolism by taking the right kind of supplements that my body needs.

    Goals for when I'm 40.
    When entering my 40s, I would like to maintain these three simple steps.
    1.Get a physical exam (check-up) every 2 or 3 years.
    2.When out in the sun, wear an SPF of at least 15.

    Goals for when I'm 50.
    The following steps are goals I would like to meet when I'm in my 50s.
    1.Cut back on sodium (salt), and cut out foods with unhealthy fats.
    2.Try 30 minutes of weight bearing exercise at least 3 times a week.

    Goals for when I'm 60
    These are three steps that I would like to maintain while I am 60 years old.
    1.Watch out for medical conditions by protecting your heart and watching your blood pressure.
    2.Drink alcohol in moderation or not at all.
