    Born
After I was born on August 21, 2007, my parents took me to India for my head to be shaven off and covered in turmeric powder for some reason but I realized it was for a symbol of god thus beginning my life.
  • First Day

    First Day
This was after my first day of school in first grade or kindergarten. I remember hating it because none of the kids liked anything I liked and I was mad and played by myself which made me sad. I went home annoyed because I needed attention 24/7 otherwise I would be mad.
  • First Birthday

    First Birthday
I believe I was turning 8 or 7 in this picture but it was a huge deal since this was the first time I had friends over for a party. Since Frozen was still very popular I got everything Elsa-themed and had my friends and cousins at a Pin Stripes. Back then that was a very popular place to have a birthday party so I went to school the next day pretty popular.
  • Family

    Family
I think this was the first time I ever met my extended family. I remember being nervous because I had a lot of cousins aunts and uncles I didn't know about. Indians are huge on family and I just begun to realize that. They came over for 2 weeks but god after that visit I grew closer to them than to anyone else. They were my best friends and that's when I discovered that family relations are the best.
  • Graduation

    Graduation
Family graduating is a huge deal in my family because it means you get to move out and start your new life. This was when I realized that I would have to do the same thing too and prepared myself for it. I was in awe of how the ceremony was and how excited my cousin who was graduating was. She looked so happy and I felt her happiness too. This made me spend as much time with her as possible before she left she strengthed my family closer to me.
  • Singapore

    Singapore
This trip was the first to expose me to travelling. I visited my cousin in Singapore and saw so many wonderful things. I believe this is what drove me to work hard and get rich so I could travel. I met other cousins and it opened my eyes to the world which made me decide I wanted to live here when I got older.
  • Summer After 8th Grade

    Summer After 8th Grade
I think this was the hardest summer for me because I had two of my closest best friends moving away and I had to deal with Freshman Year myself. I spent as much time with them as possible but when it was time to say goodbye I cried all the way home scared that I was alone. We still contact each other but it still isn't the same. This was the scariest change for me.
  • Family Visits

    Family Visits
I had a cousin come over from India and ever since then, my older cousins have been together a lot because of him. After my friends moved away my cousins could tell I was struggling and gave me the best summer break ever taking me out and creating memories for me before they went to college.
  • New Friends

    New Friends
After my two best friends moved away I made new ones and connected with other people. It was a huge step outside of my comfort zone which also made me happy and relieved because I thought I would never be able to do that. After making these new friends we became super close and a new friendship blossomed making us knotted together for life.
  • End of the Timeline

    1. This timeline represents how emotionally rich and loving I am. I grew up with family and nurturing people who taught me things. I am big on life and always keep people close to me.
    2. I would be completely different I believe I would be isolated and quiet if my family never came into the picture I would be in the deep ends right now trying to figure myself out. I would be lost is what I can say.
    3. My future seems to be flexible. I mean I can predict what may happen but I don't want too.
  • The Best Trip of my Life

The Best Trip of my Life
This was one of the most spiritual and beautiful trips of my life. I was struggling in 10th grade and my mom took me on a trip to visit my close cousins and family it made me appreciate how beautiful life and my family were. Without them, I wouldn't have gotten through anything. We did one of the most amazing experiences together such as stargazing while having deep conversations and going on road trips. It was all so much fun. I wish to go back hopefully in the future.
