Period: to
Caddying
I started my first job in eight grade as a caddie, and have been doing this since then. This is a lot of manual labor, and it usually leads to me eating a fairly large amount of food right after. -
Period: to
Soccer
Throughout middle school, i played soccer as a starting defender.
I ate most meals with my family, so i didn't really eat unhealthy. (Although, i was still a little chubby lol.) -
Eighth Grade
My friend group in eighth grade was mainly my friends in my neighborhood. We would all play outside as much as we could. -
Period: to
Band
Freshman year of high school, I joined the marching band.
This forced me to eat a lot of fast food between school and practice, and while at different competitions and football games. -
Caddying
I started caddying more frequently and more seriously the summer of my sophomore year. This was due to the fact that i started saving money to buy my own car. I also learned that gives me an opportunity for a scholarship in college. -
Freshman Year
My friends during my freshman year of high school were mainly kids from the marching band. These kids didn't usually work out or do much physical exercise outside of band, so neither did I. -
Period: to
Golf
I quit band, and started to play for my school's golf team in my sophomore year of high school.
I started to work out more, and this made me want to eat healthier as well. I cut down on my fast food a lot, and I would make better, more healthy decisions about both portions and quality of food. -
Sophomore Year
During my sophomore year, started playing golf instead of doing marching band. I made new friends that were more athletic while doing this. These kids would go and work out more and this rubbed off on me, so i started working out as well. -
