His first visitation, which he later identifies with the angel Jibreel and a revelation from Allah and he believes he may be possessed by a demon, and attempts to commit suicide, only to be stopped by the angel. -

Muhammad Takes his Message Public
He preaches his message of Islam in the town of Mecca for the first time. When he preached he was accused of plagiarizing the “tales of the ancients”. The listeners, the Meccans, ask for a maracle, but he does not have one. -

The Genocide of the Jewish Qurayza
After the Battle of the Trench, Muhammad accuses the Jews of Banu Qurayza of betraying him. He then takes the young children who have not reached puberty and women and make them slaves. Then he takes the men and other chidlren and beheads them. -

Muhammad Rules Arabia
The Muslims are victorious in the Battle of Hunayn against the Bedouin tribe of Hawazin and conquer Ta'if. In doing so, they capture huge spoils, consisting of 6,000 women and children and 24,000 camels. -

Muhammad's Death
He spends his last days continuing to issue orders and curse the Christians and Jews. He dies in the House of Aisha. -
Acknowledges the goddesses of the pagans Meccans in a revelation
Muhammad finally acknowledges Allat, Manat, and al-Uzza, the goddesses of the pagan Meccans in a revelation. Upon hearing this, the Meccans are overjoyed. Later, following an alleged visit from the angel Jibreel, Muhammad recants and claims they were the words of the devil. -
Marriage to Khadijah
He marries his distant cousin who had two sons and a daughter from previous marraiges. She became his first follower of Islam and it was a controversial marraige which almost leads to bloodshed.
