    This was one of the crowning moments in Chomsky's career . It outlined principles and parameters in childhood linguistics. He expands upon Plato's problem referenced in the Meno. The Meno put forth that children have an innate creativity and hold within knowledge that is inherit within them. Chomsky is of the belief that natural science and linguistics hold the key to Plato's Problem.
