    This act had provided private sector employees a way to be able to safely trade in unions and strike w/o losing their jobs.

    A law that allowed the government pay farmers to reduce how much they grew so that the land wouldn’t be ruined

  • Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)

    Fair Labor Standards Act  (FLSA)
    Gives employees a minimum wage, and time-and-a-half overtime pay when people work over 40 hours a week. It also bans employing minors in "oppressive child labor".
