    From 1466-1520 Montezuma ll was the ninth ruler of the Aztec empire. Studies say that he really wasn’t a ruler but we don’t really know. Montezuma ll was a very wealthy ruler too.

    1481-1520 Montezuma had many wives and many children. One of his main wives was Tlapalizquixochtzin. In that time period he had over 100 children.

    Montezuma's death was caused by a murder. He died on June 29, 1520. There isn’t really information on the murder. We do know though that the murder wasn’t a mistake and that the murderer meant to kill Montezuma.
