The birth and erly childhood of Leonardo da Vinci
He was born in Vinci, Italy. His father is Piero Fruosino di Antonio da Vinci and his mother is Caterina da Vinci. The village that he was born in was about 25 miles west of Florence. He “parents” were not married which he was called the illegitimate son. Around that age of like 5 or so he lived on the estate in the Vinci that belonged to the Family of his father, Ser Peiro. -

The painters' guild
When he was 20 the painter's guild of Florence offered da Vinci membership, but he did remained with the Verrocchio until you know a independent master in 14878. de Vinci never had a formal education like what we have today but his father appreciated his articitic talent. -

da Vinci's first commissioned work
In 1482 he began to paint his first commissioned work, The Adoration of the Magi, for Florence's San donato. However...da Vinci never completed that piece because he relocated to Milan to work for the ruling sforza clan and he served as an engineer, painter, architect, designer of cort festivals and, most notably, a sculptor. -

"The Last supper" was da Vinci's first painting that he did during his time in Milan form about 1495 to 1498. A tempera and oil mural on plsater, The last supper was created for the reflection of the sity's monastery of Santa Maria delle grazie. It is also known as the Cenacle. This work is about 15 by 29 feet. -

This piece was originally called “La Gioconda” and also this piece was a 21 by 31. For some reason in the past she was often thought to be Mona Lisa Gherardini. Some people say that her lack of eyebrows is representative of high class fashion the them times, but others say that her AWOL brows are proof that the Mona Lisa is an unfinished piece.
