  • Change

    This day was the day it changed. I made a decision to just start. I started incorporating physical activity in my days in other words the day "my fitness journey" started. I do not call it a journey I call it a lifestyle change. I will say it is a hard decision but you just gotta start and things will fall into place.
  • Consistency

    Around this day although I had been working out off and on. This was when I really dedicated my time to it. I was only doing home workouts but the point was I was moving my body every day is the key element. The pandemic helped a lot with this because it just was a sign in a way, there was no better time.
  • Discipline

    2020-2023 I was disciplined and worked out relatively consistently, doing at-home workouts. But last month I made a big decision in this journey, I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and finally got a gym membership. I have been going consistently trying to figure out my routine. At first, I was extremely nervous and thought I would be judged but as hard as it is to believe people go to the gym for themselves, they do not care what you look like or what you are doing.
