I will get 6-8 hours of sleep every night and schedule health checkups regularly, every 3-4 months or so. I will watch my alcohol intake (no more than 2 drinks a day) and get at least 2 and a half to 3 hours of exercise a week. I will watch my fruit and vegetable intake, my non-fat dairy products, and my whole grains intake. I will wear sunscreen with a minimum SPF of 15 every day and try to get 10 cups of liquid intake every day. I will maintain good hygiene and avoid from illegal substances. -

I will find time to exercise 30-60 minutes a day. I will drink only 2 drinks a day max. I will wear sunscreen (SPF 15) every day and avoid tobacco. I will monitor my BMI, reduce stress, and have regular health screenings. I will wear seatbelts, not drink and drive, and I will take vitamins and eat fruits, veggies and dairy products in order to get iron, folic acid, calcium, potassium, B vitamins, vitamin D, fiber and healthy omega-3 fats. I will watch my sexual health and try to build muscle. -

Health in my 40s
I will wear sunscreen every day of at least SPF 15, watch for chronic pain, excess stress, high blood pressure and cholesterol, and blood sugar. I will watch my BMI, look out for osteoporosis as well as anxiety/depression. I will schedule screenings for prostate cancer and watch for erectile dysfunction. I will watch for any skin issues and test for hearing loss. I will get baseline skin exams and diabetes screenings. I will get immunizations and drink in moderation. -
40s

Health in my 50s
I will reduce fats and sodium in my diet, take more vitamin supplements, and try to get more fruits and vegetables. I will get at least 30-60 minutes of exercise/day and challenge my mind every day. I will watch my weight, not use tobacco, get 6-8 hours of sleep a night, reduce stress, and drink in moderation (no more than two drinks a day). I will watch for prostate cancer, depression, E.D., get all available health screenings including diabetes, blood pressure, skin, eye, and dental. -
50s

Health in my 60s
I will not use tobacco, screen for diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, and osteoporosis. I will get 6-8 hours of sleep a night and get 2-3 servings of nonfat dairy, 4-5 servings of fruits and veggies, and 3 servings of fiber-rich whole grains every day. I will get my annual flu vaccine, blood pressure screenings, shingles screenings, and testicular screenings. I will get a yearly skin exam for skin cancer and always wear a seatbelt. I will make sure I have a smoke detector in my home. -
