Lifetime Personal Health

  • The 20's

The main focus of my 20's is to set up healthy routines that I can use for the rest of my life. This means eating healthy foods and only going out to eat on a friday or saturday night, and finding a physician and other health care specialists that are long term and setting up normal visits to them. Another thing I will do is find a gym that fits me, and visit it on a regular basis to stay in shape.
  • The 20's

The things I will be carfull about are pushing my self too far. I need to find my limits and stick to them, in order to avoid unhealthy activity or injury that could hurt me in the long run.
  • The 30's

In my 30's, my main focus is going to be on me, and making sure I have balance. I will continue those routines that are already in place, and also fit in more relaxation time. I will continue eating diverse and healthy foods so as to keep up personal fitness, and focus on muscle building when I work out.
  • The 30's

The things I will add to my life would be focusing on the things that I care about, and making sure I set time aside for those in order to stay mentally healthy.
  • The 40's

The main focus for me in my 40's will be about continuation, that is, trying to keep my body where is was when I was younger. I will do this by keeping up with the routines I have already set in place, with special focus on things like bones and skin.
  • The 40's

Bone mass is slowly going down at this point in my life, so I will focus on keeping my bones strong. I will be careful with my skin and make sure I watch for any abnormalities that could cause damage.
  • The 50's

In my 50's, I will focus on exploration. My body might not be able to perform the way it used to, and I might have to switch the ways I was exercising to something easier and less strenuous. I will explore my ageing body, and recognize the difference to my younger self.
  • The 50's

I will make sure to have normal check ups to make sure I am staying healthy, and above all continue the routines I have been using my whole life. I will explore new foods and nutrients, and enjoy the benefits of age and hard work
  • The 60's

My 60's will be about independence and enjoyment. I have worked hard and stayed healthy my whole life, and now is not the time to stop, but time has come to reap the benefits. I will continue those routines, and learn the signs of heart attack or other events that age has made me more susceptible to.
  • The 60's

I will focus on not depending on anyone for help, and continue to live my life the way I want to. I will also continue to eat healthy, and over all, I will relax and enjoy what my efforts have given me.
