To prevent health problems people should try to build bone, protect their skin and eyes, avoid tanning salons, and practice good hygiene.

People in their thirties should also try their best to get all of their important nutrients. To prevent health problems they should wear sunscreen, not smoke, reduce stress, and avoid alcohol and illegal drugs.

    It is very important that people in their forties maintain a healthy diet and continue to get their nutrients. On most days they should try to get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise. To prevent health problems people in their forties should avoid stress, get a good amount of sleep, wear sunscreen, look for changes in vision and hearing, learn about family history, look for skin problems, and avoid smoking and illegal drugs.

    A diet for people in their fifties should include fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, healthy fats, whole grains, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. On most days they should try to get at least 30-60 minutes of physical activity. To prevent health problems people in their fifties should maintain a healthy weight, avoid smoking, get enough sleep, avoid stress, and only drink alcohol in moderation.

On most days of the week they should try to get at least 30 minutes of physical activity. To avoid health problems a person in their sixties should maintain a healthy weight, protect their heart, not smoke, only drink alcohol in moderation, and see a health care provider regularly.
