    When I am 30 Years Old, I want to have children if I am married, maintain a steady job, get at least 30 minutes of exercise per day, drink alcohol only in moderation, and to have graduated from college.

    When I am 40 years old, I want to avoid chronic medical conditions, own a house, get regular health checks, make sure my vision and hearing aren't deteriorating, and still exercise 30 minutes per day.

    When I am 50, I want to start saving for retirement, exercise 30 minutes per day, take nutritional supplements if I need it, eat less sodium, and maintain a healthy body weight(slower metabolism).

    When I am 60 years old, I want to retire, go to the doctor's once a month, exercise 3 hours a week, stop drinking alcohol, quit eating fatty foods, and maintain my blood pressure and BMI.
