    In my twenties, I will eat a diet full of calcium to help my growth. I will exercise to maintain my weight and therefore prevent future disease. I will not drink or smoke to prevent future health concerns and I will make sure to wear sun screen as not to damage my skin.

    As my metabolism slows down in my 30s, I will decrease my calorie consumption and eat limited salt. I will exercise regularly to prevent breast cancer an osteoporosis. I will reduce stress and keep a close eye on my BMI. I will start getting screenings that are recommended by a doctor.

    When I am in my 50s, I will talk to my health care provider to get any supplements I may need, as well as eating enough omega 3s and limiting sodium. I will regularly do weight bearing exercise to prevent osteoporosis. I will get regular screenings for age related conditions.
