    Physical activity - although you will still have a high metabolism, find an exercise routine and schedule that you can follow now and in the future
    Preventative Health Care - Make sure to get check ups and pay attention to your growing body. This is one of the more important stages of growth in your body.

    Healthy eating - continue to maintain nutritional diets even though it may be difficult. Cut out any unhealthy food as your metabolism will begin to decrease
    Physical activity - find a local sports team to join so that you can maintain your physical activity as your metabolism decreases. If that's not possible, join a local gym.
    Preventative health care - make sure to continue to attend recommended diagnostic testing and balance your work life with day-to-day life to prevent stress

    Healthy eating - continue to follow previous healthy habits but make sure to cut out almost all junk food as your metabolism has reached its slowest
    Physical exercise - try to do some type of high energy exercise 5 days a week to burn off calories that aren't burned from your metabolism
    Preventative health care - Start to get screenings for cholesterol, blood pressure, and other diseases as they start to onset during this age. Make sure to wear sunscreen to prevent skin cancer

    Healthy eating - aim to reduce almost all fatty foods and reduce sodium intake. Eating nutritional foods such as lean meats and vegetables will help keep your body healthy
    Physical activity - aim to get at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise 3-4 days out of the week however don't do anything that hurts when exercising
    Preventative health care - Screenings are now more important than ever as your immune system is not as strong as it used to be and many diseases onset during this age

    Healthy eating - as far as eating, a focus on nutritional meals is more important than focusing on keeping unhealthy foods out
    Physical exercise - in order to help maintain your weight and strength , aim to exercise 3 days of the week
    Preventative health care - Start getting regular checkups from your doctor just as you did in your younger ages
