    Heath Tips - 18-20yrs

    I plan on eating healthier by watching my diet, lowering fats, and sugar. I plan on drinking more water and 100% juice. I also plan on subsituting candy and chips for fruits and vegetables..
    I plan on doing this everyday taking it slow, step by step.
    My concern are will i be able to do this? will i fail? and so on.
    And watching out for my diet

    Heath tips- 20-30yrs

    I plan on exercising 3 times every weekend.
    I want to do a 30min walk,jogg,dance, or whatever will keep my blood pumping.
    My concerns are will i neglect myself and worry about what i havent done instead of agknowledging my approvement or will i set a goal to high for myself
    I want to still focuse on eating healthy

    30-40 yrs.

    I plan on meditating, doing yoga/zumba on my free time.
    I want to at least do this for about an 1hr 30min.
    im concerened if this'll mess with my body.. idk if ill be to old for that

    Health tips 40-50 yrs old

    I plan on maybe taking self defence classes i dont know how much but i do want to do this faithfuly.
    I would want to do this from the time class starts till it ends.
    My only concern would be my heath concerns because of my age.

    Heath Tips 50-60 yrs old

    I plan on walking every morning and sitting by a lake.
    I want to do this till it reaches 12;00 by just taking a stroll around a park or something like that and i plan on just reading a book by a lake.
    I have no concerns about this...
