    Speak with a health care professional about monitoring cholesterol levels and BMI (Body Mass Index) and encourage my parents and potential husband to do the same (by taking them to the doctor's office with me or offering them a ride). Begin to consider adoption, rather than having a child in the midst of a successful acting career. Research the steps involved with adoption.

    Begin to combat stress by scheduling weekly yoga classes. Eat healthier by substituting fries with quinoa or salad and serve these healthier substitutes to the rest of my family at meal times.

    Begin to schedule more frequent (yearly or monthly depending on doctor recommendation) blood pressure screenings.
